Post Sales Process

The Post Sales process primarily ensures that a customer has gotten signed up properly. If this is the case it continues with conducting tests in order to evaluate the process in terms of COB and PIR. Lastly the results of these surveys will be implemented in the ongoing support phase. In some cases there might be also small adjustments in some processes.

  1. During the first process step the customer gets checked in in order to continue with the procedure.
  2. Afterwards all trainings will be completed.
  3. A COB and Experience Satisfaction Survey will be conducted automatically by Zapier.
  4. Feedback will be provided back to the customer.
  5. Conduct PIR automatically by Zapier.
  6. In the next step the lessons learned will be incorporated and some processes might be adjusted.
  7. Lastly the transition from COB to ongoing support phase will be done.
