    Post Sales Process

    The Post Sales process primarily ensures that a customer has gotten signed up properly. If this is the case it continues with conducting tests in order to evaluate the process in terms of COB and PIR. Lastly the results of these surveys will be implemented in the ongoing support phase. In some cases there might be also small adjustments in some processes.

    Data Load Process

    The Data Load Process aims at completing all customer templates in order to ensure that all relevant data is collected. It also ensures that a Chasqui licence is paid in order to load all data. There are included several control loops to eventually set customer status to “live” and complete the process by integrating the “post sales” process.

    Consideration of the role assignment
